FAQ:

How do I know you got my order?

After you hit the Submit button you will receive a message confirming the Order ID. You will also receive an email as confirmation that the order has been placed. Please allow up to 30 minutes for this email to arrive. A second email will be sent once your order has been completed by our warehouse.

Can I make changes to my order?

Unfortunately, once you’ve submitted your order it is not possible to amend any details of the order. If you change your mind about a product please refer to our returns section on the site for information on how to Return products.

I ordered my item X days ago, when will it arrive?

Before contacting us to ask about delivery of an order, please allow up to 14 days in the UK and 28 days for Europe and Rest of World. Most items should arrive 3 days of the order places and internationally within 7 days. If its not with you after this then there’s a problem so drop us an email or give a call.

Its been over the stated time, and my items still haven’t arrived?

Please contact us and state your order number, and the items that haven’t arrived, and we’ll get straight on it! If you only email us with ‘my order hasn’t arrived, how come’, we can’t really help unless you state your order number.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to the UK and most countries in Europe, as well as the USA and the rest of the world.

Rest of Europe – We deliver to the following European countries:

Austria, Azores, Bulgaria, Belgium, Corsica, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Madeira, Monaco, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Spitsbergen, Sweden.

If your country is not listed above, we don’t currently deliver there, so sorry about that.

 

How much does delivery cost?

UK - FREE

Europe & Ireland -£20 per order

USA/ world wide -£20 per order

When are you getting (X) item back in stock?

We are constantly restocking, and then selling out – so please use the information on the website, and leave your email, to get notified when a particular product comes back into stock. We are restocking everything, as well as adding many new items.

I’ve received an incorrect item?

Every effort is made to keep errors to a minimum and therefore stock is carefully inspected prior to dispatch, but unfortunately mistakes do happen from time-to-time. Please return the incorrect item along with the completed returns form.

I need to return an item?

If there is a problem with your item/ wrong size you are welcome to send back to us. As long as the item is unworn and in good condition, we will be happy to exchange for another size. Please complete the returns form enclosed in your delivery, ensuring your name and address and any other necessary information is included. Please return the item to us within 14 working days of receipt.

EDIT cannot be held accountable for loss of incoming mail, so it is your responsibility to ensure the parcel reaches us safely. Generally our customers return parcels using Royal Mail’s 1st or 2nd class service; please ensure you obtain a certificate of posting if you decide to use either. For your piece of mind we recommend that you return your parcel using a service with a tracking number (e.g. Royal Mail Recorded Delivery).

 

Can i pay using paypal, American Express etc…?

At the moment we accept all forms of card payment, We do not use Paypal.

Can I model or work for EDIT?

The best thing is to take your own photos, then send us over an email with some info on yourself and your photos. please send emails to hello@edit-productions.com
